One Community, Six Countries – and an Unforgettable International Final in Milan
The German School of Milan had the great honor of hosting this year’s International Final of the BCG initiative business@school.
Six student teams from across Europe pitched bold, innovative ideas—showcasing the results of months of hard work and proving that they’re more than ready for whatever path lies ahead.
Teams from Albania, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland, and our very own DSM team competed for the top spot. Our team—Alberto, Beatrice, Carlotta, Enrico, Leonardo, Lorenzo, and Michele—presented a thoroughly convincing business plan for an AI-powered personal tutor designed to provide individualized learning support.
While their performance was outstanding, the team from Vienna ultimately impressed the top-tier jury—featuring professionals from BCG, MediaWorld, ITA Airways, and more—and took home the victory.
The jury praised all participants for their excellent English, presentation skills, business knowledge, and contagious energy.
The German School of Milan also received numerous compliments — for our hospitality, Mr. Runge’s warm welcoming speech, our amazing tech team and our beautiful school building. A truly inspiring day, filled with innovation, connection, and a shared passion for entrepreneurship.
